Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 May 2026

By downloading or using Beat The Blox you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

License

Beat The Blox is licensed, not sold. Apple grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Standard EULA.

In-App Purchases

Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases. Once consumed (used in-game), they cannot be restored. Apple handles the purchase entirely, including refund requests via reportaproblem.apple.com.

If a refund is granted by Apple, we may deduct the corresponding credits from your local balance to keep accounts in good standing. Beat The Blox itself never charges you directly.

Acceptable use

  • Don't decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the app outside what the App Store Standard EULA permits.
  • Don't use the app to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • If a future update adds online leaderboards, don't cheat. Cheaters will be removed.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We do our best, but bugs happen. If you find one, email us — see Support.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 30 days before the claim arose, or $5, whichever is less.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will note the update on this page and surface a notice in the app's About screen.
